This call is an opportunity for you to determine whether counselling feels right for you and whether you’d like to work together. We’ll discuss your needs and expectations, and I’ll provide an overview of how the counselling process works. It’s a relaxed space to ask questions and decide if you’d like to move forward with sessions.Initial Assessment Consultation - £35.
The initial assessment helps us explore your needs and goals as we begin working together. We’ll discuss what brings you to counselling and what you hope to gain. The timing of the session is mutually agreed. If you need to cancel for any reason, please review the Cancellation Policy below.Individual Counselling Session - £45 per session.
Regular sessions are held on an agreed day and time each week. During these sessions, we’ll work together to explore your experiences, challenges, and goals. If you need to cancel for any reason, please review the Cancellation Policy below.Availability
I currently offer counselling appointments during the following times:
• Weekday evenings: 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm
• Saturday: 10:00 am – 2:00 pm
Morning appointments (9:00 am – 10:00 am) may be available on request.
All sessions are by appointment only.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. This allows me to offer the appointment slot to another client who may need it. Cancellations made within 24 hours or missed appointments (DNA) will be charged the full session fee.I understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise, and I’ll always consider these on a case-by-case basis.
