Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel, or reschedule your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. This allows me to offer the appointment slot to another client who may be in need of my services. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee.

For cancellations made within 24 hours or missed appointments (DNA), a cancellation fee equivalent to the full session fee will be charged. I understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise, and I will assess these situations on a case-by-case basis.
